Iced Brown Sugar Oat Milk Shaken Instant Coffee Recipe
This dairy-free and super refreshing coffee drink is what you need on a hot summer day. Make it quicker with instant coffee.
Both brown sugar and oat milk seem to be very popular amongst coffee lovers, so why not combine them both into one delicious recipe?
Instead of using espresso shots, we used quality instant coffee shots to save time and to eliminate the need of an espresso machine.
Ingredients:
Brown sugar syrup

⅓ cup brown sugar

⅓ cup water

¼ tsp cinnamon
-
1 tsp vanilla
Iced instant coffee recipe

2 tsp Waka instant coffee
-
3 oz hot water
-
3 tbsp brown sugar syrup

¼ cup oat milk
-
ice cubes
Instructions:
For the brown sugar syrup

In a saucepan, add brown sugar, water, vanilla extract and cinnamon. Simmer the mixture, stirring until the brown sugar dissolves completely.

Take off the heat. Store it in a jar.
Make the instant coffee

In a cup, mix 2 tsp of instant coffee with 3 oz of hot water. Stir until dissolved.

Fill a mason jar with ice cubes.

Add the syrup and coffee.

Close the lid and shake carefully for 30 seconds, until lightly frothed.

Pour the oat milk in the jar and stir gently.
