Vegan Instant Iced Coffee Recipe
Ingredients:
Makes 2 servings
- 2 tbsp date syrup
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup of ice cubes
- 1 cup of filtered cold water
- 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
- 2 tsp Waka Quality Instant Coffee
- Coconut flakes
Instructions:
- Add 2 tbsp of Waka Coffee into a mug with the cold water
- Stir until dissolved
- Pour 2 tbsp of the date syrup into 2 tall glasses
- Add a pinch of salt
- Add ice, then pour in about 3/4 cup of cold coconut milk into each glass
- Pour one shot of the brewed Waka Coffee slowly into each glass
- Drizzle date syrup and sprinkle coconut flakes on top
