Coffee Recipe: How to Make Guacamocha Mousse
Is it guacamole? Is it a mocha? Or is it mousse? It's actually all of the above. Let's learn how to make a caffeinated and chocolatey mousse from avocados!
What is Mousse?
A mousse is a sweet or savory soft food made using air bubbles. In fact, mousse means "froth" or "foam" in French. To make mousse, we just need to combine and whip together all the ingredients until it's nice and fluffy.
Specifically, mousse is made from four key components: the base, the aerator(s), the sweetener, and the thickener. Depending on how it's prepared, mousses can be light and fluffy or creamy and thick.
