What is Whipped Coffee?
Whipped coffee, also known as Dalgona coffee, is a frothy coffee recipe made by whipping equal parts instant coffee, sugar, and hot water. This creamy mixture is then added to cold or hot milk and is occasionally topped with coffee powder, cocoa, crumbled biscuits, or honey.
Originating from South Korea, whipped coffee is based on honeycomb toffee, an old Korean snack made from caramelized sugar. Similar in taste, whipped coffee is sweet and velvety but still packs the punch of caffeine.

Coffee jelly is exactly what it sounds like! It's a soft coffee-flavored dessert made with gelatin, sugar, and instant coffee. Coffee jelly is often cut into cubes and served in a variety of dessert dishes and beverages. For example, it is usually enjoyed with milkshake, ice cream, or even by itself with condensed milk or whipped cream.
