What is a mojito?
If you don’t already know, a regular mojito is an alcoholic beverage that contains rum, lime, club soda, sugar, and mint. Mojitos originated in Cuba and date back all the way to the 16th century. It’s a great go-to drink because it’s refreshing, bold, and still has a kick of flavor from the acidity of the lime and the strong aroma of the mint.
What is an instant coffee mint mojito?
Don’t worry, there’s no alcohol involved in a coffee mint mojito. The idea is essentially the same, though. Instant coffee mint mojito is simply iced instant coffee with mint, sugar, and milk. It adds an entirely new dimension of flavor to your instant coffee. You get the sweetness of the milk and sugar, the bitterness of the coffee, and the cool menthol flavor from the mint. If you want to go a step further, top off the ice coffee with a cream or foam to create contrast of texture.
