Maple Pecan Flavored Instant Latte Recipe

While maple pecan latte is a fall staple on many coffee shop menus, you can make it year-round at home. You can save money by making it yourself, and also make it right when you crave for it.
The best part? It's so easy and quick to make it!
Maple Pecan Flavored Instant Latte Recipe
FOR THE MAPLE PECAN SYRUP:
- 2 oz maple syrup
- 1/4 cup pecan butter
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
FOR THE LATTE:
- 1 shot of coffee base (1 tsp Waka coffee + 1 oz water)
- 2 tbsp maple pecan syrup (made separately)
- 1/2 cup steamed milk
- Whipped cream
- Chopped toasted pecans
FOR THE MAPLE PECAN SYRUP:
1. Place brown sugar, pecan butter, maple syrup, butter and salt in a pan over medium heat. Stirring constantly, cook for 5-10 minutes until sugar is melted and smooth.
2. Remove from heat and add the heavy cream and vanilla extract. Stir. Set aside to completely cool.
MAKE THE COFFEE BASE:
1. Mix 1 tsp of Waka instant coffee + 1 oz of hot water
SERVING:
1. In a serving glass, pour 2 tbsp of maple pecan syrup.
2. Add the instant coffee base and whisk.
3. Add steamed milk.
4. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle of toasted pecans.
