Mocha Nut Protein Bar Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup protein shake (vanilla or chocolate flavor)
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¾ cup toasted oats
- ¼ cup chopped almonds
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 packet Waka Coffee Instant Coffee powder
Instructions:
1. Combine protein shake and coffee powder
2. Add all ingredients in a large bowl and stir to combine
3. Pour mixture into lined tin or pan, move to refrigerator and let set for up to 2
hours
4. Remove from pan, cut, and enjoy! [to store, keep refrigerated]
