Making vegan coffee ice cream is so easy and fun
Once you have the ingredients, the rest is easy! Add all of the ingredients (except the chocolate chips) to a high speed blender and blend until everything is nice and creamy. Turn off the blender and finally, fold in the chocolate chips.
Transfer the ice cream to a dish and then freeze it for at least 4-5 hours or overnight. And that’s all there is to it!
