Thank you for your interest in buying Waka products for your business. We created our "self-serve" wholesale program to make it super easy for you to order our products at wholesale pricing. Please make sure you understand our program, pricing and terms.

Payment and Terms:
- Payment is due at checkout. Orders are shipped upon payment.
- To be eligible for our wholesale discount each order must be $300+
- Wholesale orders are shipped for free in the U.S. only.
- Payment can be remitted via PayPal, Amazon Pay and all major credit card providers (icons are shown at the bottom of our website).
- By buying wholesale from Waka Coffee, Inc. you understand that no late shipment fees or other penalties are allowed.
- Your wholesale account can be terminated at any time by Waka Coffee, Inc. without notice, with or without cause.
- All sales are final and products can't be returned.
- Prices are subject to change by Waka Coffee, Inc.
- No reselling of our items in their original packaging is allowed in any sales channel unless otherwise approved in writing by Waka Coffee, Inc. Including but not limited to third party online marketplaces like Amazon. com, Walmart.com, eBay, etc.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Waka Coffee, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates, and their directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, members, shareholders and owners, against any and all claims, actions, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, judgements, settlements, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees).
- You understand that ordering our products online via our "self-serve" wholesale option does not create any working relationship between Waka Coffee, Inc. and your business.
Preparing and Shipment:
- We usually ship all orders within 1-2 business days. You will receive automated e-mail notifications with your tracking updates.
- Waka Coffee, Inc. will ship your orders for free in the most economical way (carrier + packaging). You will have the option at checkout to choose your preferred carrier instead by paying the additional cost of shipping.
